Executive Condominium Application Process

If you are interested to purchase a new Executive Condominium, the process is as follows: 

  1. During the Preview Period, fill in and submit an eApplication Form (we will provide a copy)
  2. You will be given a ballot ticket, and we will invite you to come back to the showflat to drop the ticket into a ballot box 
  3. All interested buyers will be balloted together (there is no differentiation for which types of units that buyers are interested to purchase) 
  4. The balloting sequence will be made known one day before Booking Day 
  5. Turn up on Booking Day according to your queue number
